I don't want to get mails from My Estate Life
Emails are no longer applicable to me
How are emails controlled by My Estate Life?

My Estate Life does not send emails technically. The housing estate/building that you registered for sends emails through My Estate Life. Consider My Estate Life to be like Microsoft Outlook, we are not sending the mails, but are the tool managers use to engage their residents.
If you are receiving a mail from the system for a property, it means you have previously registered for this property and have thus approved this property to communicate with you as a resident until removed.
Can I stop My Estate Life mails from my property?
One way to stop these emails is if the estate/building manager removes your profile. By subscribing to the address, you are giving the property permission to email you. Even if you no longer live at this property, it is still the responsibility of the manager to remove your access.
Alternatively, if you still have the My Estate Life app on your device, simply login and remove yourself from the property. Here's how:
1. Open the My Estate Life app (login if required)
2. Click on your Profile (top left corner)
3. Click the green "Manage My Properties" button
4. Click the "x" next to the property you want to remove.

I am no longer associated to my property but still get mails!
This means you still have an active profile at this property despite moving out. Unfortunately we (My Estate Life) cannot remove your profile, you will need to chat to the estate/building manager directly to remove this. Our staff cannot access, change or remove personal information.
Why can My Estate Life support not help me?

We don't have the legal authority to remove your profile from the property. Understand that My Estate Life is just the tool used by this property and has no access or control over your personal information at all. You will need to discuss removal with the property directly.
What is the suggested method of stopping communication? Or requesting this.
On the email it should detail what estate/building has emailed this to you. We suggest you make contact with the management at this estate/building and request removal of your profile with motivation.
I have mailed and called the property manager and still get emails.
How frustrating that must be! We are really sorry you are in this situation.
Our staff are not able to guarantee the administrative effectiveness of managers. These property managers are not in our employ and we don't have any way of "forcing" them to remove profiles. The only solution in this case is to continue to pursue direct resolution with the estate/building administrators to remove your profile information.
