Getting an error saying my account is locked

You've entered your password incorrectly too many times, and the app has locked you out

Why does this happen?

My Estate Life is big on security. If you have entered in an incorrect password 5 times in a row, the app will lock you out, assuming that someone who isn't you, is trying to get into your app.

How do I get back into my app?

This isn't a permanent lock. After 5-10 minutes, the app will unlock and allow you to try once more.

If you still aren't getting your password right, your best bet is to click the "forgot password" and reset your password.
