How do I approve my property request?
Pending approval, not being approved, or approval taking too long.
The basics first
My Estate Life is a software service provided to your estate/building, we have no control over approval or user profiles. This is completely handled by your estate manager, property manager or managing agent.
So to get your property approved, you will need to contact the relevant party.
Some frequently asked questions
Who is my property manager?
We suggest getting hold of the estate/building office or chatting to a security personnel to see who is the contact for management.

How long does this process take?
If your manager is on the ball, a few minutes. But to be fair on them maybe give it 24hrs especially over the weekend. We do alert the manager of your request.
Is the app any good to me while I wait?
Try completing some things under the profile section while you wait. But yes, the app is only truly effective once you have a property assigned to you.
You can contact support if you are really stuck, but they will probably push you back to this article. We cannot force the property to approve your request.
I got the approval email so why am I still seeing 'pending' when I login?
The app generally takes around 15 minutes to sync with your approval. If you want to speed this up, simply sign out and back into your app.
To do this, click on your profile (top left) and scroll down > hit the 'Sign Out' button.
Immediately sign back in & you should have full access to the app.
