I'm not getting the confirmation email
Email confirmation or approval mail not coming through
Getting Started
- Check that you have an active internet connection on your email
- Check that your email provider has updated to receive the latest emails
- Check your Junk and Spam folders
- Wait 5mins to allow the propagation of mails
- Check that you have entered in the correct email address and there are no typos
Understanding how it works
We use a international standard SMTP bulk server to send the email, its unlikely that the email has not gone to you. So the following could be happening :
Incorrect email entered:
Try going back one step and ensure you have entered the email address correctly. This is the most common issue experienced at this step.
To do this, open the My Estate Life app. It should open up to the page stating that you have been sent the confirmation email, as well as the email address it was sent to.
If it is the correct email address and you would like to be resent the confirmation email, click the "Next" button and then "Resend"

If you notice that the email address entered is incorrect, click the back arrow on the top left of the page to take you back to the registration screen and restart the process

Junk/Spam folder
It is possible that your inbox has recognized our email to you as spam.
Check your junk or spam inbox to see if the confirmation email is there.
Time/Landing Delays:
Emails can take up to 5 mins to land, try just making a quick cup of coffee and see if the email has landed by the time you get back.
Other factors that could affect you receiving the confirmation email include: blocking, email firewalls and email rules
These factors are unrelated to My Estate Life and have to be amended within your email
