How to register a profile

Welcome to My Estate Life!


Lets get started with registration - you will need to create a new profile, so start by entering in your email address : 

Issues you could face here : 

If the app says "Hey, we know you" - that means you already have a profile for that email address and you can simply put in the password. If you have forgotten your password then you can use the "forgot password" link to reset this.


Now its time to fill in your profile details - complete the form on screen.  Some elements like your ID number and a profile photo are not compulsory fields but help your management on estates and buildings better identify you.

Password Rules :

Your password has to be at least 8 characters long, it has to have 1 Capital letter, 1 small letter, 1 number and 1 symbol at least.  This is considered the global standard for security on personal information.  Better safe than sorry.


The app will now ask you to confirm your email address by sending you a confirmation email,  check your inbox and click on the link provided there.  

Note : This mail can take up to 3-5mins based on your email servers sync time.


You are now on the home page

Welcome to the home page - You will now need to add a property in order to use the app.  This step requires a PropertyID that identifies your estate or building, chat to a property manager, trustee or maintenance manager to get access to this.
