Changing your address or making amendments to your address
Understanding the Setup of Properties in the My Estate Life App
Properties are attached to a profile:
I.E: Joe Soap > 10 Long Drive
A user can have multiple properties associated to them, like an investment owner or another lucky individual.
To change your property, you will need to request access to the new property and then remove the old one from your profile.
Adding A New Property:
To add a new property, you will need the PropertyID for the estate/building. Refer to the following link: https://myestatelife.tawk.help/article/whats-my-propertyid
1. Log into your app and click on your address on the Home Page of the app
2. Click the yellow 'Add a Property' button
3. Insert your PropertyID and select your address.
Removing A Property:
1. Click on your address on the Home Page of the app
2. Tap on the property you wish to delete
3. Click the red Remove button
Alternatively, you can reach out to your manager at your estate to assist with updating your address on the backend.
