Understanding the Setup of Properties in the My Estate Life App


Properties are attached to a profile:

I.E: Joe Soap > 10 Long Drive


A user can have multiple properties associated to them, like an investment owner or another lucky individual.

To change your property, you will need to request access to the new property and then remove the old one from your profile.

Adding A New Property: 

To add a new property, you will need the PropertyID for the estate/building. Refer to the following link: https://www.myestatelife.com/learnpropertyid

(1) Open your 'Profile' in the My Estate Life App

(2) Select 'Manage My Properties'

(3) Click on the 'Add Property' option

(4) And then follow the workflow/prompts in the My Estate Life App.

Removing A Property:

(1) Click on your 'Profile', select 'Manage My Properties', and then click on the 'X' aligned with the property you wish to remove.

(2) Alternatively, you can call or use the Talk feature to message your manager to remove the old property from your profile.
