How Do I Remove My Profile?
I dont want to get communication, delete my profile
When you register for a property, your profile information is bound to the property you registered for: I.E: Joe Soap adds a property called '1 Demo Lane', the information on Joe's profile is bound to that estate/building.
With this in mind, it's important for users to understand that in order to break that bond, or remove that connection, the estate manager or property manager will have to delete, suspend or expire your profile. My Estate Life does not control this process or any communication.
How do I remove my profile?
The quickest way to do this is to login to your My Estate Life App and remove your property yourself.
To do this: Go to your Profile (top left corner) > Manage My Properties > Click the little 'X' next to the property you would like to remove.

If you no longer have access to the app, your next option is to contact management at the estate and ask them to remove you.
This can be your estate manager/chairman/a trustee. Anyone who holds a place of management should be able to direct you to the person that can remove your profile.
Can My Estate Life do this for me?
Our team has no access to personal information and does not have the ability to remove or control personal information. We simply facilitate the software, all of the data in the software is controlled by the respective property manager.
Despite my requests, my property manager has not removed my profile.
We will assist you in this case by calling the property manager and alerting them of this and provide feedback. However, our team will only assist in the event of user exhausting their efforts in directly resolving this issue with the property manager.
