How to download My Estate Life

Possible setbacks
There are 3 possible issues you may face at this stage, lets cover those:
It says "This app is not supported on your device" :
This means your device is either of a type that is not supported by our application, or your device is too old to support our application. We do our very best to support the widest range of devices but there is limitations based on hardware speed and software security that we need to abide by. For Example, old devices that dont have the processing power to run My Estate Life may crash under the requirements, so its best we limit support to devices that are able to run our system.
It says "This app is not available in your region"
This means we have not released the app in your country of origin, each country in the world carries their own license and privacy criteria so we are obliged to take due care in selecting which countries My Estate Life is available in. We currently support a wide range of countries.
If your country is not supported, we suggest looking into changing your region to South Africa or a supported country that is on our list.

The app is not downloading, it just sits pending.
This unfortunately is not an issue that relates to the app but is more on your device specifically, it could be that the internet connection is not sufficient to download, or more likely an issue on the account that results in the app pending. Support suggests you reboot your phone and try again.
