How do I send a message to management?
Got a burst pipe? Chat with management directly through the app!
Creating a New Ticket
Click the My Home button, then "Talk" to create a new ticket

- Choose the type of query this is, by selecting from the options under the Category button
- Take a photo (optional) and type in a detailed description of the issue so that management has all the info they need to assist
- Submit your ticket!

If you need to add more info after you have submitted the ticket, click the Open Ticket and type in a second message.
Responding to a ticket
This feature allows you to have a back and forth conversation with management. Here's how you can reply to their last message:
- Click on the Open Ticket. Here you can view and respond to management.
- Type your message at the bottom of the page and send. That's it!

Remember, management at your property are responsible for responding to your Tickets on the My Estate Life app.
They can assist you with any query related to the site or your property.
