Why do I see "Add a Property" if I’m already approved?
You have already added a property to your profile, which was approved by management but you're seeing the "Nearly There!" prompt on the landing page of the app.
What could this mean?

There are two possible explanations to this:
1. Internet Connection: your mobile data or Wi-Fi is not switched on, preventing the app from connecting to the cloud. Try connecting to the internet and ensuring you have a strong and stable connection.
2. You are logging in with a different profile. Properties are connected to a user's profile, so if you are logging in with a different email address, you will not see your list of approved properties. To check this, chat with My Estate Life support or management at your property.
