Where to Find Your Messages on My Estate Life
I've got a notification and want to view it in-app
Wondering where all your app messages are? Just tap the envelope icon at the top right corner of your home screen — that’s your go-to spot for all your messages!
You’ll see two main sections here: Inbox and Newsboard.
Inbox:
[Your Estate Name] Management — this is where all messages from your estate management land.
Visitor Control — here you’ll see notifications about your visitors, including their entry and exit updates.
Below these folders, you’ll also find any open tickets or queries you’ve logged with management.
Newsboard:
I want to delete messages in my inbox
All messages received by the app are NOT stored on your device - so you don't have to worry about it taking up storage space on your device!
You do have the option of archiving any messages you don't want to see: Open the relevant folder, tap on the message/s, and click the Archive button in the top right corner.
