Apple : When I press on My Visitors the app crashes

It was reported that a small group of users were getting an app crash when pressing the my visitors button on the app.  This was limited to Apple users. 

The working solution is to update IOS, we believe there may be a specific version of IOS that has this deficiency or bug.  When users update their IOS, it seems to holistically solve this issue. 

Other suggestions:

1. Disable mobile phone backups

2. Disable auto time update

3. Change location to South Africa

Then go back in and re-enable all of the above. Try using your app once more. 

At this stage the status is SOLVED - however, this is a very isolated bug so we have not had a large enough testing pool to confirm this.

Please send us a 'crash log' from your device. This will help us trace why you are experiencing this issue. Here's how to obtain a crash log for the My Estate Life app:

1. Go to Settings > Analytics & Improvements

2. Tap Analytics Data

3. Locate the log for the My Estate Life app; the log name should start with MyEstateLife.

4. Select the desired log

5. Tap the Share icon > select the Mail icon to send it over mail > insert the email address '[email protected]'

Also reference the fact that you have updated your app and the bug persists.
