Problem

It was reported that a small group of users were experiencing a “Something Went Wrong” error when trying to utilize the app

Solutions

> Update your application to the latest version of My Estate Life

> Update device software

> Make sure you have an active and stable internet connection

Status

At this stage the status is SOLVED - however, this is a very isolated bug, so we have not had a large enough testing pool to confirm this.
