Problem
Users are generating an access code for a few minutes ahead, but are still getting a "Visitor Creation Error: Visitor cannot be created in the past"
Solution
We found that it was users that were not using the Network Provided Time on their devices, who were experiencing this issue.
On your device, go to Settings > Date & Time > Set Automatically or Use Network Provided Time.
